My aim is to focus on and identify deeply rooted patterns within your relationships and uncover ways in which you communicate and behave. This will help you understand your differences and what may be causing the problems. By improving communication within your relationships, whether it be personal, professional or social, you can build stronger relationships thereby breaking the cycle that has been repeated, possibly over generations.

I specialise in relationship problems and identifying ongoing patterns in relationships in the systems you are in, for example, your workplace, family or friends. I will provide a safe space in which you can explore your differences and identify where you can achieve better communication thereby gaining control and initiating and achieving positive change.
