Hi my name is Judith and my aim is to identify deeply rooted patterns within your relationships and uncover ways in which you can communicate in a more positive way. This will help you understand your differences and what may be causing the problems. By improving communication within your relationships, whether it be personal, professional or social, you can build stronger relationships thereby breaking the cycle that has been repeated, possibly over generations.
I specialise in relationship problems and identifying ongoing patterns in relationships in the systems you are in, for example your work place, family or friends. I will provide a safe space in which you can explore your differences and identify where you can achieve better communication thereby gaining control and initiating and achieving positive change.
My background in working with challenging behaviour, ASD, and Attachment issues has given me an insight into how problems during childhood can impact on our behaviour as an adult. My person centred training also allows me the flexibility to work with depression, anxiety, low mood, stress, anger and low self-esteem. Or it could be you are looking for a safe space to talk, explore and reflect. I provide counselling on a one to one basis or couple's counselling at a place most convenient to you, whether it be at my office or online (Skype, Zoom or telephone). The main focus is for you to be comfortable and safe. BCS Mental Health Service is an ethical organisation with the goal of providing accessible face to face counselling and psychotherapy. I have daytime and evening appointments available and I am happy to discuss arranging convenient appointment times with you.
