Hello, my name is Izzy. As a dedicated and compassionate counsellor, my mission is to provide support to individuals on their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. With a wealth of experience, I am committed to establishing a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly and comfortably discuss the challenges in their lives. My passion lies in supporting clients in navigating and overcoming difficulties such as anxiety, stress, and depression.

I employ a pluralistic approach, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Combining person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, we will collaboratively explore and understand your life experiences and goals. These approaches help clients in multiple ways to support them with things such as anxiety, depression, stress, social anxiety, anger, self-worth, and Trauma.

Beyond my counselling experience, my creative background allows for an alternative approach in our sessions. Creativity and visual aids offer alternative means of communication and expression. Whether through words, ideas, memories, art or writing, creativity can help lead to a better understanding of life events.

Embarking on your counselling journey takes courage,  I am here to provide guidance, support, and encouragement as we navigate the challenges impacting your life. In our counselling sessions, I am committed to creating an environment where individuals feel not only heard but valued and respected for their unique journey and for who they are.

I am adaptable to various forms of communication offering face-to-face, online, or telephone sessions, whichever feels most comfortable for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if you'd like to begin this journey together.
