What can counselling help with?

Not only this but counselling can be good to maintain a healthy mind, you don't have to have any of the above conditions, it can be a benefit to just talk.
What to expect
Counselling sessions are a space for you to explore your feelings with the support of a qualified therapist. We use an integrative method which allows us to work with what ever approach suits you such as CBT, person centred or psychodynamic.
