Hi there and welcome, I’m Andrew. I am aware of how daunting seeking help for the first time can be and so creating a safe and secure space for us to work within a non-judgemental and confidential environment is my primary goal. I strive to tailor the counselling sessions for you as an individual and hence I view our time together as a collaboration in creating a strong working alliance. I also like to think that having completed a Masters in Psychological Sciences enables me to bring a greater depth and understanding to the sessions, within a practical framework.

I use an integrated approach to counselling, in order to provide the skills and tools that may be helpful to you and your needs. These include, Person-Centred Counselling, Psychodynamic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behaviourism, Existentialism, Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, Systemic Counselling, amongst others.

I am happy to work face to face, online or over the telephone, as you require. If you have any further questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
