Hi, my name is Paul. I am an Accredited Counsellor with a qualification in Person-Centred Therapy. I will work with you to overcome your challenges in life that may have caused things such as anxiety and depression. I work in a supportive and effective way by providing a safe, non-judgemental environment where you will feel comfortable and at ease to speak openly and we can work constructively and collaboratively together, to help you reach your goals by understanding your experience in life.

In addition to my strong Person-Centred approach to therapy, I use several other therapeutic models to support clients, depending on their needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),  Psychodynamic approaches, Solution-focused Therapy and Exsistenalism to help clients in multiple different ways to support them with things such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, relational problems, addiction and bereavement.

I have been working in this field for many years, and have been able to successfully help people move forward with their life. I have an intimate understanding of what it's like to deal with difficult emotions and situations, and this has given me a unique approach and understanding to help you move forward too.

Contacting a counsellor can feel daunting but could also be life-changing. I offer sessions that work best for you and am qualified to provide face to face, online or telephone sessions, whatever suits you.

Thank you for reading my profile, I hope it helps you with the sometimes difficult task of choosing a counsellor. If you have any questions about how I can help you please do let me know.
